REQUESTS FOR LEGAL ASSISTANCE IN RUSSIAN FEDERATION

This article is devoted to the legal regulation of the execution of requests for legal assistance. It examines the innovations in Russian legislation and the judicial practice of Russian courts related to the execution of requests from Russian notaries by the competent authorities of foreign countries. Special attention is paid to the provisions of the treaties of the Russian Federation entered with foreign countries on civil and commercial matters.
