An Ultra-Sensitive Photoelectric Chemical Sensor Based on ZnO/Ni-MOF/ZIF-67 Composite Material Was Used for Carbendazim Detection
Photoelectric chemical sensors have become the leading research direction in the field of environmental pollutant detection due to their easy operation, miniaturization potential, low-cost manufacturing and rapid response. In this study, we focused on the collaborative interface engineering of photoactive ZnO nanomaterials with nickel organic framework (Ni-MOF) and zeolite imidazolid-framework-67 (ZIF-67) and successfully constructed a novel composite photoelectric sensor platform for carbendazim ultra-sensitive detection. The band structure of ZnO/MOF heterojunction significantly improves the photogenerated carrier separation efficiency and interfacial charge transfer kinetics. The electrochemical testing methods such as CV, CA and physical characterization methods such as TEM and SEM were used to analyze and discuss the electrode properties. The sensor showed excellent linear detection performance for carbendazim (1.153 μA·μM⁻¹·cm⁻²). Its detection limit (LOD, 8.87 nM) and limit of quantitation (LOQ, 29.58 nM) were significantly lower than those reported in the literature, and the electrode stability was as high as 90.857%.
