Effect of Content Quality of Generative AI ChatGPT on Continuous Use Intention - Applying an Extended Technology Acceptance Model

Purpose - This study tries to understand Continuous Use Intention of Generative AI ChatGPT Applying the ETAM(Extended Technology Acceptance Model) For University students majoring in Airline Tourism.Design, data, and methodology - This study method was to conduct a online survey researc h. The survey was conducted between Mar 15 and Mar 29, 2025, and 240 valid questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 the hypothesis was tested through regression analysis.Result - Content quality of ChatGPT was used as an external variable in the ETAM mode l. ETAM Theory consists of Perceived Ease of use, Perceived Usefulness, Attitude, and Continuous Use Intention according to the literature review. First, Content quality of ChatGPT had a significant effect on Perceived Ease of use and Perceived Usefulness. Second, Perceived Ease of use and Perceived Usefulness had a significant effect on Attitude. Third, Attitude had a significant positive effect on Continuous Use Intention. Conclusion - The findings has significant implications for Classes with ChatGPT For University students majoring in Airline Tourism and academic researchers. In addition, through classes using ChatGPT, we would like to provide basic research data on learners' Generative AI use.
