Influence of Rotor Structural Dimensions on the Vibration of Rotating Armature Permanent Magnet Motors
To meet the vibration reduction requirements of Rotating Armature Permanent Magnet Motors (RAPMM), the impact of different measures taken on the rotor on vibration were verified through simulation. The simulation results show that the influence of slot on rotor tooth top on odd and even times slot frequency vibration is different. The eccentricity of rotor teeth has a good reducing effect on higher frequency vibration, and reducing the width of rotor slot has a good reducing effect on various order slot frequency vibration. Therefore, different vibration reduction measures can be taken for different vibration reduction targets, or a combination of several vibration reduction measures can be taken to achieve a comprehensive vibration reduction effect.
