Research on Transient Waveform Acquisition and Injection Methods for High Voltage Vehicle Ports
The existing electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) standards for vehicles primarily focus on testing under stable conditions such as static states, uniform speed driving, and AC/DC charging. There is limited research on transient conditions such as rapid acceleration, rapid deceleration, locking/unlocking, and the start/end of charging, and no relevant test standards are available. This paper provides an overview of the acquisition locations, vehicle states, and methods for capturing high-voltage transient waveforms. It focuses on the waveform acquisition and injection methods for new energy vehicles during driving, offering a new exploration into the study of high-voltage port waveforms in vehicles. The research methods and data not only provide support for enterprise R&D and verification but also offer data and technical support for the formulation of national standards.
