Design of a Smart Bandage System Based on Integral Separation and Fuzzy PID Algorithm

Medical bandages play a vital role by providing protection and support. However, traditional bandages lack real-time monitoring and precise control of pressure parameters, which cannot meet the needs of modern precision therapy. To address this problem, this paper proposes an intelligent bandage system based on integral separation and adaptive fuzzy PID algorithm, which combines the pressure sensor with STM32 microcontroller module and Bluetooth communication technology to realize real-time acquisition, processing and transmission of pressure parameters. The system adopts the adaptive fuzzy PID algorithm to dynamically adjust the PID control parameters according to the error and the rate of change of the error, which effectively balances the response speed and steady state accuracy. The introduction of the integral separation strategy further solves the common problem of integral saturation in the traditional PID control algorithm, which ensures the improvement of dynamic performance and steady state accuracy. The experimental results show that compared with the traditional control algorithm, the designed smart bandage system achieves the minimum pressure control error and significantly improves the response speed and stability, and it provides valuable insights for the further application of smart medical devices in the nursing field.
