Research on Flight Control System Dispatch Item Analysis Technology for Civil Aircraft

In order to improve the safety of civil aircraft, the flight control system adopts redundant equipment to ensure that the aircraft can continue to fly and land safely in the event of the loss of single redundancy equipment. Ground failure of single or multiple devices should neither be too conservative, requiring the elimination of a single device failure before dispatch, nor should it blindly assume that the civil aircraft has high safety and that the failure of some equipment does not affect the aircraft's safe flight, blindly pursuing dispatch rate. This paper proposes a method for designing an alarm system that indicates whether a civil flight control system meets dispatch requirements. Combining airworthiness regulations and experience in system design, it presents a qualitative and quantitative approach to designing dispatch alarms for flight control systems, which can be applied to the design of mainstream fly-by-wire flight control systems in the future.
