Investigation of Civil Aircraft Model-Based Functional FMEA Approach with Precise Measurement
Complex civil aircraft systems and functional interactions between various layers are becoming increasingly complex, and traditional FMEA work methods are very likely to cause problems such as analysis omissions, errors, and incompleteness, so how to quickly and accurately carry out FMEA analyses with precise measurement has also become an urgent engineering application problem to be solved. The integrated model is a system architecture design-oriented mission reliability modeling and analysis method, based on the normal functional behavior model of the system, through the failure mode of the system at each level and the local failure impact analysis, we can accurately analyze the impact of the failure of all the bottom units on the functional failure of the top level of the system, and use precise measurement method to perform the key characteristic controlling of the civil aircraft product, so as to improve the efficiency and quality of the FMEA work.
