Structural Improvement Design and Simulation Analysis of an Airborne Composite Material Antenna Skeleton
In this paper, an airborne composite material antenna skeleton is designed for the lightweight of a radar antenna array. The antenna skeleton is made of composite of skin foam sandwich structure, which meets the requirements of short-term onboard vibration. However, due to the extension of the aircraft cruise time index, the anti-vibration performance of the antenna skeleton has been put forward with higher requirements. Without changing the structural type of the original antenna skeleton, the design of an airborne composite material antenna skeleton is improved to make it adapt to the more severe requirements of durable vibration test. Through mechanical simulation analysis, the original antenna skeleton is risks under the new durable vibration conditions, and after the structural improvement design, the new antenna skeleton meets the new durable vibration test requirements.
