External Transmission Channel Allocation for Renewable Energy Stations in Green Power Systems with Synchronous Condenser Integration
In alignment with China’s 14th Five-Year Plan, which seeks to establish a new power system centered on renewable energy, this paper addresses the challenges of integrating renewable energy into the grid while ensuring power supply stability. The initiative focuses on improving energy efficiency and sustainability by optimizing the absorption of renewable energy. A cooperative framework for local power stations is proposed, considering the current participation of new energy plants in the electricity market. The study explores the role of synchronous condensers, the total capacity of delivery channels, and strategies to enhance renewable energy consumption. It further investigates the allocation model for external transmission channels of new energy stations, ensuring compatibility with green electricity mechanisms and the integration of synchronous condensers. Additionally, the paper examines the allocation model for delivery channels of renewable energy stations under the green power mechanism, including the integration of phase-shifting transformers. The Shapley value is applied to calculate the marginal contributions of each participant within the cooperative system, facilitating the redistribution of benefits and promoting active participation in the cooperative framework. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed model significantly enhances renewable energy integration and improves the overall effectiveness of the cooperative system across multiple dimensions.
