Evaluation of Hosting Capacity of New Energy in Flexible Interconnected Distribution Network
With the rapid popularization of renewable energy distributed generation, the maximum carrying capacity of new energy in medium voltage distribution network has become a major problem. Considering the background of the gradual application of flexible interconnection devices to major cities, in order to effectively improve the carrying capacity of medium voltage distribution network, this paper evaluates the optimization effect of new energy carrying capacity of medium voltage distribution network based on flexible interconnection technology. Firstly, the working principle of soft open point (SOP) is analyzed. Then, a new energy carrying capacity model with SOP is established, and the nonlinear model is transformed into a second-order cone programming model by using convex relaxation technology. Then, considering the uncertainty of new energy output, a two-stage robust optimization model is established and solved by C&CG algorithm. The effectiveness of the algorithm is verified on the IEEE33-node distribution system, and the results show that the flexible interconnection technology can help to improve the new energy carrying capacity of medium voltage distribution network.
