Study on the Movement Mechanism and Reliability of Key Components in Type-C Boarding Doors
The Type-C boarding door is a critical component of commercial aviation aircraft. The mechanism and movement principles of the boarding door's key parts are essential for ensuring its reliability. Initially, the door mechanism is simplified to study its functional principles and movement trajectories. On this basis, further analysis of the door mechanism's movement is conducted through analytical method, graphical method and kinematic simulation method. By simplifying the door mechanism's various rods and hinge points, a simplified mathematical model of the door is established. This model is solved using computational software, visualized, and an analytical model of the door movement is developed. The movement of the lifting mechanism is optimized through analysis, and a digital twin of the door's typical mechanism is created. Further analysis of the simplified model's movement characteristics accurately captures the movement principles of the door lifting mechanism. The reliability of the Type-C boarding door was studied through digital twin testing.
