Research on Vibration Control of Space Precise Tracking-Pointing Parallel Mechanism Based on Magnetorheological Damper
To achieve precision tracking and pointing of space precision optical equipment, the platform on which the optical equipment is installed is required to have the ability of vibration isolation and vibration suppression. Firstly, a design scheme for a composite parallel platform with a motor-magnetorheological damper and ball screw bypass in series is proposed, which can simultaneously achieve vibration reduction and precision tracking functions. Then, two vibration control schemes are designed, namely, the overall control and single-limb control of the parallel plat-form. Then, the displacement transmissibility and vibration response of the platform in all directions under different MR damping conditions are simulated and compared, and the influence of magnetorheological damping changes on the amplitude of the resonance zone and the vibration isolation effect is obtained. Based on this, the simulation test of the proposed vibration control scheme is carried out. The test results show that the two control schemes have better vibration suppression effect at the frequencies of the first and second resonance peaks than without vibration control.
