Desafíos metodológicos en un proceso de acompañamiento a lideresas Mapuche Lafkenche en dos regiones del sur de Chile
From the perspective of Latin American feminisms we analysed a process of psychosocial accompaniment in the form of participatory action research with Mapuche Lafkenche leaders. This process began in 2019 and continues today, with the purpose of strengthening and making visible leadership in the local political space through various projects that have sought to contribute to the empowerment of the participants. The accompaniment methodology has facilitated a collaboration process that has been designed in an emergent way, reconciling needs and projections established by the leaders, as well as considering financing opportunities for projects that converge and contribute along the line defined by common agreement.
