Políticas científico-tecnológicas para el desarrollo en la provincia de Buenos Aires

This article presents the guidelines and objectives of the Science, Technology and Innovation Policies developed from 2019 to date in the Province of Buenos Aires, Argentina, focusing on the Technological Innovation Fund of Buenos Aires (FITBA) as a key instrument to foster innovation and reduce the significant inter- and intra-sectoral productivity gaps. The production of applied knowledge and its transfer to the productive sector are identified as fundamental strategies to achieve these goals.
