Development of Feedback Response System in the Form of Educational Game as Student Assessment Innovation in High School Physics Learning

Digital natives are the dominant generation of learners in primary and secondary education today, their attachment to various digital tools and technologies makes the way of learning and obtaining information different from the previous generation, in addition, the provision of feedback which is still done through questions and answers and tests also increases boredom in the learning process. Feedback response systems in the form of educational games are present as a choice of learning media that are not only able to support learning, but are also in demand by today's digital native generation learners, and can provide automatic learning feedback that makes it easier for learners. This research method uses the Alessi & Trollip Development Model. Based on the results of expert validation, the feedback response system in the form of an educational game is declared suitable for use as a learning medium. User trials show high user interest and acceptance of the product. Feedback response systems in the form of educational games have the advantage of being able to motivate and facilitate the provision of feedback in addition to supporting learning.
