Efficacy and safety of a tubeless open‐source hybrid automated insulin delivery use at home among adults with type 1 diabetes mellitus: Results from a 26‐week, free‐living, randomized crossover trial
In this 26-week trial involving adults with T1DM who had never previously used AID, the tubeless AAPS use at home resulted in a significantly higher percentage of time in the target glucose range without increasing hypoglycaemia risk compared to SAP therapy.
