DESIGNED SYNTHESIS AND BIOEVOLUTION OF A NOVEL ANALOGOUS OF THIADIAZOLO [3, 2-A] PYRIMIDINE-6- CARBOXYLATE PROMOTED BY TRANSITION METAL ACETATES

In a novel series of [1, 3, 4] thiadiazol-2-amine, a simple new pathway and biological approach, the analogues of Imidazole [3, 2-a] pyrimidine-6-carboxylate (5a-5q). These analogous were obtained by the reaction of intermediate (3) with ethylacetoacetate and substituted aryl aldehydes in the presence of transition metal acetates, while the reaction between thiosemicarbazide and indole-3-carboxylic acid occurs in the presence of protic acid scaffold compound (3). The newly derived compounds are characterised by advanced spectral analysis, including 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and LC-MS. When compared to a reference medication, the biological potency was excellent, and the results were in line with expectations.
