Economic Characteristics of The Cattle Breeders of The Surkhan-Sherabad Oasis by Ethnoterritorial Location at The Beginning of the 20th Century

This article analyzes the economic characteristics of the cattle breeders of the Surkhan-Sherabad oasis by territorial distribution, the main differences in the composition and maintenance of livestock, as well as the factors that influenced the traditional economic activities of ethnic and ethnographic groups at the beginning of the twentieth century. Also presented are materials on the exchange of farms in connection with the mixed residence of cattle breeders with the sedentary agricultural population.
