Research on the Situations and Countermeasures of Counselors’ Ideological Guidance from the Perspective of “Three Comprehensive Education”

“三全育人”格局中辅导员思想引领存在“脱节”与“中断”、认知偏差与工作孤岛现象，面临着工作泛事务化与主体性工具化、教育资源配置失衡与教育空间转向的境遇。高校须履行主体责任，要转变思维、加强智慧校园建设以提升治理效能、改进全员共育数字基础设施；以优化顶层设计增进德育资源配置，主动建构网络文明；构建教师发展共同体，增强协同、共享发展成果；完善课程布局与课程设计，健全思想引领长效机制。辅导员需自我批判与重构以履践首要职责，要厘清认知、恪尽职守，增强社交主动性，创新工作模式；聚焦核心业务锤炼、提升媒介素养与实践技能，强化学生主体性研究；发挥主体能动性，流程再造日常思政课程，并构建科学的课程体系以累积效果和形塑思维。In the pattern of “three comprehensive education”, there are “disconnection” and “interruption” in counselors’ ideological guidance, cognitive deviation and work island phenomenon, and they are facing the situation of work generalization and subject instrumentalization, imbalance of educational resource allocation and transformation of educational space. Colleges and universities should fulfill their main responsibilities, strengthen the construction of smart campuses to improve governance efficiency, consolidate the digital infrastructure for all-round education; optimize top-level design to enhance the allocation of moral education resources, actively construct network civilization, build a teacher development community to enhance collaboration and share development achievements, improve the layout and design of courses, and improve the long-term mechanism of ideological guidance. Counselors need to self-criticize and reconstruct to fulfill their primary responsibilities, clarify cognition, fulfill their duties, enhance the initiative of social interaction and innovate the mode of ideological guidance; focus on core business training, improve media literacy and practical skills, strengthen research on student subjectivity; give full play to the initiative of the subject to rebuild daily ideological and political courses, and build a scientific curriculum system to accumulate effects and shape thinking.
