Strategies of College Counselors in Dealing with College Student Crisis Events under the Concept of “Three-Pronged Education”

本研究以“三全育人”理念为核心指引，深入剖析高校辅导员在应对大学生危机事件中的实践策略。通过“法理、情理、舆情、教育”四维联动的处置模式，实现危机事件化解与育人效能提升的双重目标。研究表明，立足学生成长规律，将危机事件转化为育人资源，运用“四静”策略达成“立德、立能、立行”目标，能够为高校构建“处置–教育–预防”一体化的危机管理模式提供可借鉴的实践范本。This study is guided by the concept of “Three-Pronged Education” and deeply analyzes the practical strategies of university counselors in responding to crisis events among college students. Through the four-dimensional linkage of legal principles, reasoning, public opinion, and education, the dual goals of crisis resolution and improving educational effectiveness are achieved. Research has shown that based on the laws of student growth, transforming crisis events into educational resources, and using the “Four Quiet” strategy to achieve the goals of “moral character, ability, and action” can provide a practical model for universities to build an integrated crisis management model of “disposal-education-prevention”.
