INOVASI APLIKASI AMONG BATU DALAM MEWUJUDKAN PELAYANAN DAN INFORMASI PUBLIK BERBASIS DIGITAL GOVERNANCE

The Among Batu application is an innovation developed by the Batu City Communication and Information Agency to improve service quality and public transparency. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of the Among Batu application innovation in realizing digital governance-based public services and information. The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the Among Batu App innovation based on digital governance by the Batu City Communication and Information Technology Department is functioning well but has not yet reached optimal levels. This is evidenced by the involvement of the private sector in the service features of the Among Batu Application. There are competent experts involved in the implementation of the Among Batu Application, and digital technology is already available at the Communication and Information Technology Department of Batu City. However, insufficient financial resources have impacted the Among Batu Application, resulting in suboptimal services provided to the public.
