PENGARUH PELAYANAN AKADEMIK MELALUI PORTAL TERHADAP KEPUASAN MAHASISWA DI INSTITUT ADMINISTRASI DAN KESEHATAN SETIH SETIO

The Academic Portal of Institut Administrasi dan Kesehatan Setih Setio Muara Bungo is a form of service provided by the campus to students as a means of conveying information about academic activities, such as inputting KRS (Study Plan Card), class schedules, information related to grades, information related to tuition payments, and many other functions that facilitate the management of campus activities. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the Influence of Academic Services Through the Portal on Student Satisfaction at Institut Administrasi dan Kesehatan Setih Setio Muara Bungo. This study used a quantitative method with a descriptive research type to achieve the goal of obtaining an overview of the level of student satisfaction. The population in this study all students of Institut Administrasi dan Kesehatan Setih Setio Muara Bungo. The sample size consistel of 95 respondents. The data collection techniques used? observation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used? descriptive statistics, instrument testing, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing, t-test, and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study indicate dhat partially there? a significant influence of the service quality variable on student satisfaction at Institut Administrasi dan Kesehatan Setih Setio Muara Bungo.
