Parameterization of information heterogeneity of electronic resources on artistic culture

It is proposed to use a comprehensive information heterogeneity indicator of electronic information resources based on two parameters: type of information and its presentation. The indicator can be included in a set of webometric indicators and used to assess the heterogeneity of information contained on a resource, which affects the efficiency, demand and the total quality of electronic resources. Attention is paid to the parameter of document type heterogeneity. The formula for heterogeneity calculation based on scales of document type names is derived. The calculation method is illustrated for the thematic area of artistic culture. An information image of the thematic area reflection was created in the form of classification, which became the basis for assessing document type heterogeneity according to the derived formula. Two approaches to the calculation of document type heterogeneity are characterized. The positive and negative effects of large values of the parameters on perception of an electronic resource by users are considered.
