Motivational Determination of the System of Relations Between Intellectual Property and Innovative Activity of the Individual
In the article, an attempt is made to identify the motives that determine the system of relations between the functions of intellectual property and the components of an individual's innovative activity. The authors consider intellectual property not only as a manifestation of the human mind, but also as a set of individual rights in relation to the results of creative and intellectual activity. The functions of intellectual property contribute to the development of a higher level of culture, self-awareness, influencing the formation of full-fledged legal, moral, ethical and spiritual norms. In the process of theoretical and empirical research, the authors have built a system of relations between the functions of intellectual property (appropriation, transfer, use) and the basic components of an individual's innovative activity (creative, intellectual, economic). Socio-psychological, economic and legal changes between the subject and the objects of intellectual property have been established. The active motives that motivate the subject of the system of intellectual property relations to be in a state of economic, creative or intellectual activity, performing one of the functions — appropriation, transfer, use, are highlighted. Depending on the type of thinking, the motivation of each activity highlighted by the authors (creative, intellectual, economic) is described, taking into account the fact that the subject of these relations is driven by internal or external motives that encourage them to perform a particular function of intellectual property for a specific purpose.
