ANALYSIS OF POSSIBLE CAUSES OF FRACTION OVERLAP WHEN SEPARATING GAS-PRODUCT MIXTURE IN A FRACTIONATION COLUMN UNIT OF FCC CATALYTIC CRACKING
The operation of the fractionating column of the FCC catalytic cracking unit is considered. The study was conducted using the UniSim Design modeling system. Optimization of the hardware design of the column and its technological modes has been performed, ensuring the separation of fractions in the amount of their potential content in the column supply and the practical absence of hydrocarbons boiling below 200 ° C in the light gas oil fraction.
