Consumer Behavioral Response Types Post-Service Experience: Multidimensional Model Construction, Cultural Adaptation, and Dynamic Interaction Mechanism
Under the background of the deep integration of digital economy and experience economy, the behavioral response mechanism of consumers after service experience is characterized by multi-dimensionality, cultural dependence and dynamic interaction. The traditional EVLN theoretical model focuses on western individualism culture, ignoring the implicit tolerance behavior and the amplification effect of digital communication under eastern collectivism culture. The purpose of this study is to propose a research model of consumer behavior response after experience in oriental culture, and to provide a new perspective for cross-cultural consumer behavior research. Taking Korean and Chinese consumers as research objects, this study constructs a six-dimensional behavioral response model covering absolute acceptance, exploration, passive acceptance, constructive discussion, withdrawal, and negative word-of-mouth through mixed research methods, and verifies its cultural adaptability and dynamic interaction mechanism. A total of 214 valid samples were collected, and the reliability and validity of the scale were tested by exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), and 18 measurement indicators were finally retained. It is found that, firstly, the behavioral response of oriental consumers has significant cultural adaptability. The coexistence of "passive acceptance" (forbearance and inaction) and "constructive discussion" (rational feedback) reflects the contradictory unity between the cultural tendency of "harmony is the most precious" and pragmatic logic. The rapid spread of "negative word-of-mouth" in digital communication highlights the amplification effect of social media on consumer empowerment. Second, the six dimensions can be aggregated into two superior factors: "service re-experience" and "service avoidance", which are significantly negatively correlated (r=-0.74), showing the multi-dimensional coexistence and dynamic opposition of consumer behavior.
