Remote Monitoring of Equipment Utilization

A maintenance system should be implemented by the company as a result in order to continuously enhance and boost both quality and productivity. Over many years, several kinds of management strategies has been put forwarded to manage manufacturing Operational inefficiency and waste of time, resources, and money are major problems for manufacturing businesses. OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) is a method to evaluate a machine's efficiency that effectively condenses complicated production issues into clear and understandable information. OEE data on machine performance is crucial for understanding equipment losses and developing programs to stop them. This paper aims to identify the utilization of conveyor belts using OEE, and cloud platforms are used to display and store the data for remote monitoring.
