Enerlink Guardian: Dynamic Vehicle - to - Vehicle Charging and Battery Oversight System for EV Charging Stations

This paper presents a smart charging system designed to optimize energy resource utilization in electric vehicles (EVs) while improving safety and connectivity at EV charging stations. The system is built around two key processes: First, an Arduino Uno micro controller, interfaced with a DC voltage sensor connected to a 12V battery, monitors battery levels in real-time. This data is displayed on an Android app, which also helps drivers locate nearby charging stations tomanage energy efficiently. Second, in the absence of internet connectivity, the system automatically shares the vehicle's location with nearby vehicles via a vehicle area network using wireless technology. This allows vehicles to request and receive charging assistance from other vehicles in the vicinity, ensuring uninterrupted mobility and seamless energy transfer. By integrating real-time monitoring, vehicle-to-vehicle energy management, and IoT technologies, this solution promotes sustainable energy practices, enhances safety, and sets a new standard for smart vehicular operations in electric mobility.
