Analysis of Research Hot Spots and Evolutionary Trends in Chinese Hospital Management Based on Clustering Algorithm
In order to clarify the hotspots and development trends of Chinese hospital management research at home and abroad, 654 relevant papers on Chinese hospital management published on China Knowledge Network (CNKI) from January 1992 to March 2025, including SCI and EI indexed papers, were taken as samples, and Cite Space, COOC software, and TF-IDF and LLR algorithms were utilized to study the research institutions, authors, keywords, etc. were visualized and mapped, and statistical analysis and discussion were conducted accordingly. The study shows that the field of Chinese hospital management is currently in a rapid development stage, however, the degree of cooperation and communication between research organizations and authors is relatively low. The hotspots of the research mainly focus on the areas of nursing management in Chinese hospitals, quality management in Chinese hospitals, and innovation management. Directions such as digital transformation, technological innovation and the introduction of information technology, which appeared late and are less studied, may become hot spots for future research.
