Integrating Computational Intelligence for Enhanced Psychological Insights in Physical Education and Academic Achievement

Every exercise psychologist should have a thorough understanding of how exercise affects the mind. Participating in additional activities improves kids' attitude and stress levels. There is a scarcity of recent research on the impact of exercise on mental health and economic growth across all countries. In this study, it is difficult to establish a direct link between students' exercise regimens and their mental health. This study investigates the use of a machine learning-based physical education analytic framework (MPEA-CI) for assessing the impact of traditional PE programs on students' emotional well-being. Using predictive analysis (PA) and its benefits, the authors of this research examine and contrast the challenges, theoretical foundations, and outcomes of PE motivation. Using data analysis (ADA) in the context of PE scenarios allows us to investigate the dynamics of mental and emotional states, as well as individual psychological characteristics. This study examines and applies psychological components that drive physical learning, providing practitioners with practical guidance and methods to speed up metric value interaction evaluation, improve skill acquisition, and inspire performance. These profiles proven to be effective, outperforming other existing techniques by 95.21%.
