AI Enhanced Logbook Management for Classrooms

Aims to streamline classroom management by developing a web-based application that leverages artificial intelligence (AI) to automate tasks such as attendance, on- duty requests, and student performance tracking. By using AI-driven facial recognition, the system automates attendance tracking, reducing manual errors and administrative workload for educators. It also digitizes the on-duty request process, allowing students to submit documentation online and enabling staff to efficiently review and approve requests, with automated notifications keeping students informed about the status of their submissions. Following a structured Software Development Life Cycle(SDLC),the project ensures a systematic approach to development, enhancing classroom discipline, reducing administrative burdens, and promoting efficient management of student records. Ultimately, this AI-powered solution creates a more organized and productive learning environment, enabling educators to focus more on teaching and less on administrative tasks. The system also incorporates AI -based analytics to monitor student performance, identifying patterns and offering insights to educators for personalized intervention. By maintaining a comprehensive student database, the application allows for real-time tracking of attendance, on-duty status, and academic performance, enhancing overall transparency.
