Distributionally Robust Optimization Configuration Method of Shared Energy Storage in Multi-photovoltaic Stations for Hydro-Photovoltaic Complementary Regulation

In view of the problems of high photovoltaic power abandonment rate and unreasonable energy storage configuration in the current hydro-photovoltaic complementary regulation project, This paper present a distributionally robust optimization configuration method of shared energy storage of multi-photovoltaic stations considering the randomness of photovoltaic output in multi-new energy stations. Firstly, the typical photovoltaic output scene is generated with minimizing quadratic sum of within-cluster error based on the optimal clustering method. Secondly, the flexible regulation model of shared energy storage of multiple photovoltaic stations is built based on the power and capacity dynamic distribution mechanism. Then, To improve the energy storage configuration efficiency and rationality in multiple photovoltaic stations, the distributionally robust optimization configuration model of shared energy storage for hydro-photovoltaic complementary regulation scene is constructed by considering the uncertainty of the typical output scenario probability. Finally, The effectiveness of the proposed method in the rational configuration of energy storage in multiple photovoltaic stations is verified based on practical engineering cases.
