Demographic Influence on IT Workers' Work-Life Balance During COVID-19 Pandemic

This research examines how demographic characteristics affect IT professionals' work-life balance to illuminate their challenges and opportunities. To better understand the experiences of IT workers during this critical period, it is helpful to examine how various demographic groups dealt with the demands of the IT industry and thecircumstances caused by the pandemic. There has been a lot of talk about how the nature of labour has changed since the epidemic, and our study contributes to that conversation. It gives us important insight into the need to tackle disparities in work-life balance across different demographic groups to overcome future challenges and seize future opportunities.
