Winter Direct-Heat Electric Heating Transformer Station Overload Problem Suppression Strategy
A substantial number of electric heating users, in pursuit of reduced heating costs and improved comfort, tend to operate intensively during the peak-valley tariff transition interval. This practice induces a prominent double-peak load manifestation, which in turn leads to the recurrent problem of heavy overloads in transformers. The crucial issue at hand is how to satisfy the three fundamental requisites, namely, equivalent electricity consumption and expenditure, along with analogous heating comfort, and concurrently address the pressing concern of shifting the peak time of electric heating loads. In this study, we assimilate this problem into the constraints of "peak load shifting, valley load filling, equal power consumption prior to and after regulation, and peak load shifting control time". With the minimization of the daily peak load as our objective and by employing the 01 programming approach for problem-solving, we are capable of conveniently obtaining the user name of the target regulation, the optimized start-stop time scheme, and the effectiveness of alleviating the heavy overload problem within the station area.
