A Survey for Population Evaluation Using Machine Learning Techniques

Analyzing crowd behaviour is a new field of study. The main objectives of this article are to identify crowd behaviour from the source of advanced Intelligent Video Surveillance which are captured at 24*7 time span and it will analysis the next movement of the crowd. The knowledge for the possible normal actions is organized in the form of hierarchical modules. The actions for the behaviour that are deviated from normal behaviour are analysis and identified as abnormal behaviour. When such a suspicious abnormal is detected, the history of abnormal behaviour is stored in cloud computing environment and alerts control room experts. Here, Video Surveillance has become one of the most important elements of the safety and security framework for both municipal councils and law enforcement agencies, as it enables real-time situation assessment, monitoring, and action taking in addition to preventive surveillance
