IoT Based Monitoring and Control of CSTR Using LoRa Technology

LoRa (Long Range) technology is one of the latest wireless communication technologies that links to the Internet of Things (IoT) to ensure tracking, management, and control in any workplace. Developing an Internet of Things (IoT) sensor is the first stage in order to measure and manage the Continuous Stirred Tank Reactor (CSTR) and transmit data to the following section via LoRa technology. In order to provide access, monitoring, and control from a distance, the second part gathers data from the first segment using LoRa technology and connects it to the Internet or the Internet of Things network. You can upload the readings to a secure cloud computing system to retrieve them. The data is shared with The Things Network(TTN) cloud that allows the sensors to be monitored from anywhere there is an internet connection. Uplink Through the gateway, LoRa transmits information obtained from the sensor nodes. Before deciding to control the actuator via the downlink LoRa network, the uplink software gathers and assesses all system data. Additionally, the mechanism enables the plant to receive a feedback signal. LoRa is an exciting option for industrial monitoring and control because of its extended range and low power consumption. The modular design of the suggested smart system worked incredibly well for controlling and keeping an eye on CSTR from a longer distance while consuming a lot less electricity. In order to provide a clever, affordable, and extremely effective network for potential applications, LoRa can be quite important.
