Mechanism Analysis of Overvoltage of DFIG During Non-full-phase Operation
When asymmetrical faults occur in a 220kV system, the faulty phase is usually tripped by a phase selection element to improve the reliability of system operation. However, with the increasing proportion of new energy generation in the grid and the large-scale connection of DFIG, the off-grid accidents of DFIG caused by terminal voltage rise during non-full-phase operation have attracted wide attention. Therefore, based on the overvoltage phenomenon during non-full-phase operation caused by single-phase circuit breaker operation, it is necessary to qualitatively analyze the mechanism and the impactful factors of overvoltage, so as to provide theoretical basis for reducing the overvoltage and off-grid accidents of the wind turbine.
