The Convergence and Aesthetics of Contents and AI in the MBC Documentary “Meeting you” Season

This research aims to understand artificial intelligence in the complex context of technology and art, representation and communication, creation and ethics, and to explore the positions and attitudes of humans facing the phenomenon of artificial intelligence, and to find the right way to coexist with AI and humans. While AI is advancing human intellectual capabilities and building sophisticated systems of intelligence, it is limited in its ability to replace other dimensions of human uniqueness, such as emotions like empathy and cooperation, or spirituality like reflection and transcendence. Therefore, we envisioned a way to pursue full humanity through convergence with contents that reflects the different abilities and uniqueness of humans. The contents has the intentionality that humans seek to find the meaning of their lives, the sociality that seeks to humanize mankind by interacting with others, and the entwurf to promote a future that is more advanced than the current human world. The human qualities of content are something that artificial intelligence can't do, and it's an essential factor in realizing true humanism. In this context, the convergence style and aesthetics of AI and contents were derived by analyzing the documentary “Meeting you” season, which showed the maximization of humanism through the harmony of new artificial intelligence technologies and contents composition. Based on this, a new humanistic discourse for artificial intelligence, contents, and future human society was created and advocated.
