UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTION IN REGIONAL ECONOMIC MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Development (or support) institutions are important elements in regional economic management system. Their diversity has led to the fact that in practice the concept of their unification is being formed point-by-point (separately in some regions), there are examples of creating a single center. The purpose of the article is to identify the essence and show the unified institution of development in the regional management system. The tasks were set and solved: to reveal the content of development institutions through the prism of regional management, to analyze the unified development institutions available in Russia, including taking into account the peculiarities of the knowledge economy and digitalization. Based on the generalization of the content and results of the activities of the unified development institute DOM. RF and the unified Institute of Development of the Tula region formulated the conceptual provisions of the unified institute of development, presented proposals for its creation in the Orel region.
