Implementation of Independent Learning Based on Technoedugames to Improve the Compilation of Creative and Interactive Assessments at SMAN 2 Mojokerto

Along with the development of learning technology, teachers are expected to be able to carry out assessments consisting of aspects of knowledge (cognitive), attitude (affective), and skills (psychomotor). Moreover, with the independent learning curriculum, teachers are required to be more creative and innovative in developing learning media and conducting assessments. One case occurred with teachers at SMAN 2 Mojokerto, where most teachers tend to carry out assessments monotonously and more in writing. Teachers provide assessments only through daily tests in the form of written tests on paper and student worksheets during class learning. So we carry out mentoring activities to prepare interactive and creative assessments based on technoedugames such as quizizz, wordwall, educandy and bamboozle to implement the independent learning curriculum. Mentoring for teachers is carried out in the classroom by understanding the material presented and then continuing with the practice of making assessments using technoedugames-based learning media. We also evaluate teachers by providing post-tests related to the material presented. The results showed an increase in the pre-test scores conducted before the presentation of the material with the results of around 88% of teachers getting post-test scores above 70. The results of the feedback in the form of a questionnaire showed that 66.7% of teachers answered that they were satisfied with participating in this mentoring activity and around 52.4% of teachers answered that the technoedugames media was very appropriate in improving the ability to compile learning evaluations.
