PTN-BH is a university established by the government with the status of a public legal entity and is given autonomous rights. PTN-BH is encouraged to have a business line in supporting campus operational activities, in addition, the campus tour program is targeted at high school, vocational school students, and Micro and small medium enterprises to promote UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur. This study uses a qualitative approach method with primary data collection techniques through field observations and interviews with laboratory managers with a focus on the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Faculty of Agriculture, and Faculty of Architecture & Design. Data management is processed using descriptive analysis techniques. The results show the potential attractiveness of educational tourism in the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Faculty of Agriculture, and Faculty of Architecture & Design, namely the Tourism Laboratory, Tax Center Laboratory, Digital Media Laboratory, Agribusiness Laboratory, and Printing & Illustration Laboratory. There needs to be a collaboration between the academics for the management plan scheme.
