在数字化浪潮席卷全球的今天，短视频应用以其碎片化、可视化、互动性的特征，已成为当代大学生日常生活中不可或缺的组成部分，占据了大学生的碎片时间并使之成瘾，对大学生的心理带来了诸多影响，如碎片化信息导致深度思考能力下降，即时满足机制削弱延迟满足能力，引发情绪波动和共情能力减退，模仿效应等。因此，要利用好高校这个思想政治教育高地，将心理学与思想政治教育相结合，整合认知重构、情感引导和行为矫正策略，为高校在新媒体环境下开展价值观教育提供可操作性方案。大学生作为新时代青年，正处于价值观形成的重要时期，思政教育为其正确辨别错误思潮及心理干预提供了有力的思想武器。In today’s era where the digital wave is sweeping the globe, short-video applications, with their characteristics of fragmentation, visualization, and interactivity, have become an indispensable part of contemporary college students’ daily lives. They occupy college students’ fragmented time and make them addicted, bringing many psychological impacts on college students. For example, fragmented information leads to a decline in the ability of deep thinking, the instant gratification mechanism weakens the ability of delayed gratification, and triggers emotional fluctuations, the decline of empathy ability, imitation effects, etc. Therefore, it is necessary to make good use of colleges and universities as a highland for ideological and political education, combine psychology with ideological and political education, integrate cognitive reconstruction, emotional guidance, and behavior correction strategies, and provide an operable plan for colleges and universities to carry out values education in the new media environment. As young people in the new era, college students are in an important period of values formation. Ideological and political education provides them with a powerful ideological weapon for correctly distinguishing wrong ideological trends and psychological intervention.
