This article aims to explore in depth the empowerment model of rural e-commerce under the strategy of rural revitalization. By analyzing the mechanism, current situation, and problems of rural e-commerce in rural revitalization, it explores effective paths and practical models suitable for the development of rural e-commerce in China. Research has found that rural e-commerce has injected a strong impetus into rural revitalization by promoting the sales of agricultural products, promoting the integration of rural industries, driving farmers’ entrepreneurship and employment, and enhancing the level of rural informatization. However, the current development of rural e-commerce still faces many challenges such as weak infrastructure, talent shortage, lagging brand building, and imperfect supply chain. Based on this, this article proposes a series of countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of rural e-commerce, including strengthening infrastructure construction, cultivating professional talents, enhancing brand building, improving the supply chain system, and increasing policy support, in order to provide useful references for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and promote the greater role of rural e-commerce in rural revitalization.
