The main priorities of Russia's development in accordance with the “Concept of Technological Development until 2030” are the achievement of technological sovereignty, the transition to innovation-oriented growth, and technological support for the sustainable development of production systems. The task is to create our own scientific, personnel and technological base of critical and end-to-end technologies. At the same time, the integration of science, education and business is important. The implementation of national projects is promising, allowing the development of infrastructure for the commercialization of applied scientific research, assistance to young scientists and entrepreneurs. The purpose of this study is to study modern ways of effective interaction between science, education and business in Russia. At the same time, special attention is paid to the study of the Baikal region's experience in this area. The research methodology is based on a theoretical analysis of the main aspects of the interaction of science, education and business in Russia. The methodological basis of the research is based on institutional, logical and dialectical approaches. It was noted that the development of university entrepreneurship within the framework of the Federal project “Platform of University Technological Entrepreneurship” is important for the development of technological sovereignty of the country. The management system of science and technology in the context of sanctions and the transition to a new system of personnel training requires modernization: updating the list of areas of training in secondary vocational education within the framework of “Professionalism”, the creation of “Advanced engineering schools” on the basis of universities. The article examines the experience of the relationship between science and the real sector of the economy in the Baikal region within the framework of the Interregional Scientific and Educational Center “Baikal”. The article identifies an urgent problem with the staffing of enterprises in Eastern Siberia implementing promising investment projects. It is advisable for business structures to provide targeted training for specialists and create comfortable living conditions in the territories where companies operate. An important aspect for providing specialists to enterprises in Eastern Siberia is their training in close proximity to the locations of companies by higher and secondary specialized educational institutions in the region, as well as training and attracting specialists from the western regions of Russia.
