PEMBERDAYAAN UMKM MELALUI PENERAPAN SISTEM PRE-ORDER UNTUK EFISIENSI PRODUKSI DAN PEMESANAN

The development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) plays a strategic role in Indonesia’s economy, contributing significantly to Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and employment absorption. Additionally, MSMEs are crucial in local economies, particularly in job creation and community welfare improvement. However, many MSMEs in Cibarusah Kota face challenges in production management and marketing, primarily due to limited capital and inadequate production facilities. This study proposes a pre-order system as a solution, enabling MSMEs to align production with market demand, reduce stock surplus risks, and optimize financial management. Despite its benefits, many MSMEs lack knowledge of pre-order implementation. Therefore, this Community Service Program (PkM) aims to educate and assist MSMEs in understanding and adopting the pre-order system. The program employs community education, including interactive sessions and practical simulations. Scheduled for February 18, 2025, this initiative is expected to enhance MSMEs’ efficiency, adaptability, and competitiveness, fostering sustainable business growth in Cibarusah Kota.
