حاضنات الاعمال ودورها في التنمية الاقتصادية (تجارب دولية)

Abstract The study aimed to identify the role of business incubators in economic development, the study dealt with the international experiences of business incubators carried out by some Arab and foreign countries, which went through periods of economic recession and political and security changes, where the experience of the Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, and Turkey was highlighted, a partial review was made of what these countries have done of development strategies in business incubators, which contributed to the acceleration of their economies, the study followed the descriptive approach, a number of results were presented extracted from the experiences of these countries under study, and provide some recommendations, it is hoped that it will be taken into account to contribute to improving the reality of business incubators in Libya. Key words:Business Incubators, Entrepreneurship, startup company, economic development. الملخص : هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على دور حاضنات الاعمال في التنمية الاقتصادية وتناولت الدراسة التجارب الدولية لحاضنات الاعمال التي قامت بها بعض الدول العربية والأجنبية التي مرت بفترات ركود اقتصادي وتغيرات سياسية وامنية ، حيث تم تسليط الضوء على تجربة الفلبين ، الجزائر ، السعودية ، لبنان ، وأخيرا تركيا ، وتم استعراض جزيء لما قامت به هذه الدول من استراتيجيات تنموية في حاضنات الاعمال ، مما ساهمت الى الدفع بعجلة اقتصاداتها ، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي وتم تقديم عدة نتائج مستخلصة من هذه الدول محل الدراسة وتقديم عدة توصيات يؤمل ان يتم الاخذ بها لتساهم في تحسين واقع حاضنات الاعمال في ليبيا.
