Study of Organizational and Economic Conditions of Youth Tourism Development

The article is devoted to youth tourism as an activity that forms a strong spiritual personality, physically prepared for the development of their labor activity. In the work the questions of state support of various directions of work with youth on the organization of travel within the country are considered. As well as the activities of public organizations that provide opportunities for personal and professional growth of youth through travels in the country, uniting the community of youth, enthusiastic about travels. Special importance is given to the opinion of students, who make up a huge segment of the young population, especially in a city like Irkutsk. The authors conducted a survey and analyzed the results of the survey taking into account the opportunities and perspectives that are currently available. The results of the survey revealed the motives of students' travel, regions of interest, peculiarities of organizing tourist trips, factors determining the choice of travel destination and the level of services. The conclusions show that the main problem is the lack of involvement and awareness of young people about the opportunities that are currently provided to them by federal and regional projects aimed primarily at the development of domestic tourism, love for the native land, patriotic spirit, rejection of harmful tendencies.
