REGULATION OF CONCRETE MIXTURE PROPERTIES BY USING MODIFIED LIGNOSULFONATE ADDITIVES

The article considers the influence of lignosulfonates on the technological and operational properties of concrete mixtures. The main attention is paid to reducing water consumption, increasing the strength and frost resistance of concrete. Laboratory tests were conducted, which established that the addition of lignosulfonates reduces the water-cement ratio by 10–15 %, increases the strength of concrete by 25–30 % and increases its frost resistance by 50 %. Economic analysis showed that the use of lignosulfonates allows reducing cement consumption by 15 %, which leads to a decrease in the cost of concrete mix by 170–275 rubles per 1 m³. The results confirm the feasibility of using lignosulfonates in road and industrial construction to increase the durability and cost-effectiveness of concrete structures.
