Intersektionale Rechtskritik: Mehr als die Vervielfältigung von Analysekategorien
It has become quite common within the field of Legal Gender Studies to take intersectionality into account. Applying an intersectional approach does not only entail a proliferation of relevant categories of analysis, but implies a relational line of thought focusing on interrelations and connections. This article presents some core features of intersectional thought and examples of intersectional research strategies for legal scholars. Although a specific juridical take on intersectionality is suggested, the transgression of disciplinary conventions is encouraged all the same.
